I am Practice Manager at smile concepts where I undertake all aspect of clinical and business management for the practice. I achieved a Level 5 ILM Business Management Diploma with UMD several years ago. I am a qualified dental nurse tutor and NVQ Assessor with over 24 years’ experience as a qualified Dental Nurse.

In addition to practice management I also coordinate the postgraduate dental courses that smile concepts administer.

My role includes implant and patient co-coordinating where I have developed effective patient communication and management systems with an efficient implant stock keeping system. I have an integral role in staff training.

In addition I have successfully designed and delivered Dental Nurse Courses in Implantology and Oral Health Education and Practice Management, and as part of my role mentored Dentists and Dental Nurses during the early stages of implant treatment with patients.

I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and have a special interest in developing staff and ensuring patients at smile concepts receive excellent customer service. I am continually developing my knowledge by attending courses and reading journals.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, socializing with friends and family and reading.
