I joined smile concepts in July 2011 having worked the past 12 years as a receptionist in the sports and leisure industry, which has enabled me to deal with the challenges of a busy practice.

I have worked for over 20 years in customer service based roles, gaining experience and skills in all aspects of customer satisfaction.

I strive to be courteous and efficient at all times whilst being warm, open and friendly.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, socialising with friends, traveling and have three sons who keep me busy!
