We are pleased to welcome you to our loyalty scheme. For every new patient you recommend they will receive £20 off the new patient exam and you as the referrer will receive £20 to spend within the practice.

Our Terms and Conditions

Our Refer a Friend loyalty scheme is open to all patients of Smile Concepts.
The referred party must not be a patient of the practice already and must be over the age of 18.
Credit will only be applicable when the new patient has attended and paid for a new patient examination.
You are solely providing your information to us and not to any other party.
We reserve the right to remove, extend or alter this offer at any time.
